Agent is an independent creative unit of the commercial real estate market, aiming to bring a fresh breeze of innovation into the craft of brokerage. Its approach is based on creative thinking, confidentiality of information, attentive listening, using intuition as a personal guide, maintaining ethics in every situation, and building trust in relationships with each client. The foundation of its service is providing tailor-made business opportunities for clients and negotiating successful deals.

The story began in 2012, when he found himself at rock bottom and decided to change his life. After unsuccessful stints in insurance and mortgage business, he discovered a passion for the role of a broker in the commercial real estate world – mainly retail spaces – of which he has since leased and sold more than 100 in Prague and other cities, serving over 60 renowned companies. Since 2022, he has also expanded into sourcing and selling all types of investment opportunities in the Czech Republic.

Agent’s motto is “endless possibilities” – he believes that the boundaries of each of us exist only in our minds, and therefore he works humbly every day on expanding his own.

His vision is to broker deals in orbit and, through his story, inspire and motivate as many people as possible.

At the end of 2025, the Agent, together with its partners, is opening abroad for the first time.

For many clients, investing abroad is an unfamiliar world with numerous pitfalls that cannot be anticipated in advance. The main priority is therefore to provide safety – both of the investment itself and of the entire process – during which the client can rely on an experienced consultant speaking their language. Naturally, transfers from the airport, accommodation, and overall comfort during property viewings will be provided, as well as further services connected with rentals and maintenance.
